AquaPhysical is a growing fitness company. We are the creators FloatFit – workouts on water using the AquaBase, the original floating exercise mat. We offer the complete solution – equipment, instructor training, class content and ongoing support internationally with classes running from Scotland to Australia.

Job Description

We are looking for a talented sales professional to work hard and grow with the business. The successful candidate will create new business selling our products, education and programming to commercial customers (primarily gyms, health clubs, swimming pools, local trusts and council run facilities). This is an opportunity to sell a unique product and rapidly grow market share. Time will be spent winning new business and building on existing accounts. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter with a strong proactive nature and a desire to succeed. Being a small team we need someone who can work at a fast pace, under pressure. This position is based remotely and will require a monthly visit to the South West office.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and grow a sales pipeline
  • Demonstrate AquaPhysical products
  • Prospect for new business by doing site visits (minimum of 3-4 days a week), over the phone and through email
  • Manage own diary including booking visits
  • Manage and grow existing accounts
  • Build and maintain existing relationships with customers
  • Travel to customer sites to assess needs and demonstrate products
  • Update all sales activities within CRM
  • Work with customer service to resolve issues when needed
  • Represent and live the AquaPhysical brand
  • Set-out and execute weekly plan for sales development
  • Use our existing database and enquiries to convert sales
  • Report to Sales Director

 

Essential skills

  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Previous experience with CRM (Salesforce, Zoho or other)
  • Strong interest in Health & Fitness
  • Previous experience working in the Health & Fitness Industry (desirable)
  • Previous experience selling business to business (desirable)
  • Must have strong computer skills, verbal and written English
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Strong communication skills (including written English)
  • High degree of motivation

 

Experience & Qualifications

  • Sales / business development experience (essential)

 

Salary

  • OTE £28,500k pa (on target earnings)
  • Must have own car (incl clean driver’s license) – car allowance to be negotiated
